Students interested in becoming pilots will first need to determine what type of license they want to earn. Beirut Wings Training organization is a premier flight training institution providing certified pilot licenses, including Private Pilot and Commercial Pilot licenses, officially approved by the Lebanese Civil Aviation Authority under ICAO standards. In addition to pilot licensing, Beirut Wings offers a comprehensive range of advanced ratings to enhance your qualifications, such as Instrument Rating, Multi-Engine Rating, and Certified Flight Instructor Rating. We are specialized in both Private and Commercial sectors.
Next, aspiring pilots need to attend a certified flight institution or take private lessons from a certified flight instructor. Topics covered include basic aerodynamics, aircraft components, and flight controls, Lebanese regulations, aircraft weight and balance, basic navigation, flight planning, and aircraft systems.
Every hour of training and flight instructions will be logged to ensure new pilots have completed the minimum hours needed to learn how to fly an airplane. Requirements
Applicants shall be a minimum of 18 years old holding Baccalaureate 2 certificate or higher, English proficient, having a valid medical certificate issued by one of the Lebanese Civil Aviation Authority (LCAA) authorized examiners.
