Through these partnerships, we provide structured programs that combine Airbus A320 and A321 Type Rating training with real-world, line-flight experience under the supervision of certified airline training captains and instructors.

Pay-to-Fly: Your Bridge to a Commercial Airline Career
Depending on individual career objectives, the program can be customized to include between 100 and 1,000 hours of actual flight experience on Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft. Throughout the training, participants will operate in accordance with EASA and airline operational standards, ensuring that every hour flown contributes meaningfully toward future airline employment prospects.
